This year, I have a goal to purchase my first home, so I’ve been setting monthly goals on how I plan to accomplish this. This year, I decided to start sharing my goals on YouTube so that I can hold myself accountable. In this post, I will share 15 content creator monthly goals for March 2024.

Financial Monthly Goals
- Save at least $500
I budget $250 per paycheck that comes directly out of my paycheck into my savings account every single time I’m paid. This month I’m paid three times which is $750 but I’m leaving $250 as a buffer just in case I get a flat tire or an emergency happens.
- Pay down my Discover credit card to 5%
My lender actually told me to pay off all credit cards except for two. The two that will remain opened, I have to pay down to 5%. This will help with increasing my credit scores and obtaining a better interest rate. I use MyFico to monitor all three of my credit scores.
- Pay down Navy Federal credit card to 5%
Again, my lender gave me a credit improvement plan to pay down two of my credit cards to 5% in order to increase my credit scores. My current credit scores are; 673, 634, and 648.
Blogging Monthly Goals
- Post two blog post per week
My main focus this year is my blog and YouTube. With my blog I want to post more lifestyle content. I want my audience to know what it’s like as a millennial living in Atlanta on a budget.
- 2000 page views
Last month, I set a goal of 1000 page views and guess what? I hit it! I actually got 1068 page views on my blog. Every month, I want to increase this monthly goal by 1000.
Social Media Monthly Goals
YouTube
- Post 2 videos per week
I plan to post a video format of my written blog post to make this goal easier. I know from experience some people want to read it and some people want to see and hear it. With my content, you can have both!
- Go live!
Can you believe I’ve never been live on YouTube. Well, at least not on my own personal channel. For some reason, I’m a little nervous to. But, I told myself in 2024 enough of that shy girl stuff, go live and talk to your community.
TikTok
- Post 1 TikTok shop video per week
The goal this month is to make as much money as possible. I plan to share my TikTok shop finds and post them at least once per week. These will be products I’m currently using or that I’m holding on to until I move into my new home.
- Post 2 budget notebook videos per week
I have a physical and digital notebook that I use to manage my finances. I use them in my videos but I don’t really post them like I should. This month, I plan to link my product at least two times per week.
- Post every other day
This month, Instagram is not the focus. If I’m being quite honest, it may not be the focus for a very long time. Instagram will get repurposed content from all other platforms.
- Add a new content pillar
Although, I’m not posting everyday like I use to do, I will be adding a new content pillar to the mix; budgeting. At the beginning of the year, I asked on stories if they would be interested in budgeting content and they said yes!
- Use ManyChat
ManyChat is an Instagram bot that allows you to respond to comments that uses keywords. In a recent post, I was sharing how I use my budget notebook to setup my budget for the month. I told them to comment “workbook” and I will send the link to their DMs. This has been a gamechanger in responding to comments and promoting my links. While I’m on the free trial, I plan to take full advantage of this.

Amazon Influencer Program
- Post 100 videos this month
I’ve been in the Amazon Influencer program for a few years now and have not been doing what I’m supposed to be doing. All of these platforms where I make money and for some reason, I chose not to prioritize sharing my links. This month, I’m definitely changing that.
Liketoknow.it
- Repurpose all videos from Amazon to LTK
Since I fell off my posting streak with LTK it has been super hard to get back in the swing of things. I have been posting every day since October 18, 2023 and then one day, I fell asleep and forgot to post. So, I’m taking a break so I can fully create a strategy for quarter 2. Until then, LTK will get repurposed content from all other platforms.
- Make at least $1000
I need to pay off down these credit cards. I gotta have money in order to do that as quick as I want to. I have all of the tools right in front of me that I can make money on and this month I plan to do just that. I plan to post products and services that I’m already using in my everyday life that I like and love.
